Continuing Education Requirements

Massage therapy license requirements vary from state to state, and the laws are constantly changing. It's our current understanding that, in Illinois, 24 hours of massage therapy continuing education, including at least 2 hours on ethics, are required every 2 years. A maximum of 12 hours per renewal may be earned through our home study programs.

We are an Approved Provider for the Illinois Board of Massage (245.000004) and all of our courses can be used to fulfill the 12 home study hours accepted by the Illinois Board for massage license renewal.

You may also use our credits for other organizations you belong to such as the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) or Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
